Lee County · One file, one invoice, many sets
The Fort Myers order is rarely one set. It’s eight.
Precision Blueprint Co. prints multi-set plan orders for general contractors and subs working Fort Myers and Lee County. Send the file once. Tell us how many and where they’re going. We handle the rest.
The expensive mistake on a Lee County job isn’t printing. It’s two crews building off two different revisions.
It happens the same way every time. The engineer issues Rev C. The super prints Rev C for the trailer. The framer is still working off the Rev B set that got dropped off three weeks ago, because nobody pulled it back. By the time somebody notices, there’s rework.
If you want the old sets pulled and replaced, say so at order and we’ll deliver the new ones packaged to make the swap obvious.
Bid time is a different kind of order: several sets, several recipients, one deadline, and none of the recipients work for you.
We print bid sets as complete packages — full-scale Arch D, folded or rolled, each one ready to hand off. If your bid list includes trades outside Southwest Florida, we ship those FedEx 2-day at a flat rate rather than making you drive them around. Rolled in a tube or folded flat in a box, your call.
The half-size version matters here too. A lot of GCs send an 11×17 set for review and a full-scale set only to the trades that are actually doing layout. It’s a cheaper way to get plans in front of more bidders. Blueprint paper sizes explained covers when half-size holds up and when it doesn’t.

Fort Myers jobs are spread out. The office is on College Parkway, the site is in Lehigh Acres, and the electrician wants his set at his shop because he’s not on site until Thursday. Tell us that at order and we’ll split the delivery.
| Destination | Typical package |
|---|---|
| Job site trailer or job box | Folded, Ziploc, sticker, dropped at your designated spot |
| Contractor or GC office | Rolled in a tube, or folded flat |
| Individual sub’s shop | Folded, labeled with the trade |
| Out-of-area bidder | FedEx 2-day, flat rate |
Delivery fees scale with distance from our Port Charlotte print room, and Lee County is inside our confirmed delivery footprint.
Sheets per set, residential vs. commercial
12
Sheets in a typical single-family residential set
60+
Sheets in a mid-size commercial set — corridor retail, medical office, warehouse
Fort Myers runs heavier on commercial and multifamily than the rest of our territory — corridor retail, medical office, warehouse and light industrial along the I-75 frontage, and apartment and townhome product that hasn’t slowed down. Thicker sets mean more frequent revisions, because more consultants on a job means more reissues.
It also means trade-specific subsets are worth asking for. The mechanical sub doesn’t need the whole architectural package. Send the file and tell us which sheet numbers go to which trade — that’s a print instruction, not a special request. Smaller sets, less waste, less confusion in the field.
Lee County’s plan submittal requirements sit with Lee County Department of Community Development — worth checking before a permit set goes out, since City of Fort Myers submittals follow their own checklist.
9 towns on the Lee County route
Plus the Daniels Parkway, Colonial Boulevard, and Alico Road corridors. Cape Coral is in Lee County too, and it’s on the same route — we cover that market on our Cape Coral blueprint printing page.
Anything past the delivery counties ships FedEx 2-day.
Precision Blueprint Co. is the print division of Creek Engineering. The value on a multi-set Fort Myers order is boring and specific: we’ve handled a lot of plan sets, so we catch the things that turn into reprints.
A sheet that’s going to come out unreadable at the size you ordered. A set where the sheet index doesn’t match the sheets in the file. A revision cloud on a sheet you didn’t include in the reissue list. We flag it and call you before we run eight copies of it. We print plans. We don’t stamp them, submit them, or approve them.
Send us four things and we can price and schedule the whole order in one pass.
One PDF or several — upload it or email orders@pblueprints.com.
Arch D unless you say otherwise. Add the 11×17 review count here too.
Folded for job boxes, rolled for offices. Mixed is fine on one order.
Trailer, office, sub shops, FedEx for out-of-area bidders — list them and we’ll route it.

Yes — that’s most of what we do for Fort Myers GCs. Send the file once and tell us how many sets, what size, and where each one goes. Every set in the order runs off the same file, so your framer and your plumber are holding identical plans. A multi-set order — eight sets for the subs is a normal one — still goes out the same day it reaches us.
Send the revised file and tell us whether you want just the changed sheets or a full reissue. Both are normal orders. Every delivered set carries a Precision sticker with the order info on the outside of the bag, which makes it easy to tell on site which revision a crew is holding.
Yes. Split deliveries are standard — trailer, GC office, individual sub shops, and FedEx for out-of-area bidders can all come off a single order. Tell us the destinations when you place it.
Yes. We print complete bid sets at full scale or half-size 11×17, packaged for hand-off, and ship out-of-area bidders FedEx 2-day at a flat rate. Many GCs send 11×17 for review and full-scale only to trades doing layout.
Yes. Send the full file and tell us which sheet numbers go to which trade. Trade-specific subsets are a standard print instruction — smaller sets, less paper, less confusion in the field.
Same print room, same Arch D default. The lead time and the packaging change with the drive.
