Collier County · Every order on record
The second print of a Naples set usually matters more than the first.
Custom work in Collier County runs long. A house that breaks ground in the fall is still pulling sheets two seasons later — a revised structural page for the framer, a fresh field set after the first one died in the rain, a clean copy for the owner’s binder. Precision Blueprint Co. keeps the order on record — size, finish, count, and what went out when — so the reorder is one short call instead of a scavenger hunt through somebody’s email. Send the current sheets with it and what lands on site is the set you meant.
Most print orders die the moment they leave the counter. The shop keeps nothing, so the next reprint starts over: find the PDF, confirm the sheet size, re-explain the finish, hope it’s the current revision.
We don’t work that way. Every order we run stays on record — the sheet size we printed it at, the finish, the count, and the date it last went out. When you need it again, give us the job name and send the sheets you want run now. You’re not rebuilding the order from scratch, and nobody is guessing whether the copy on our side is still current.
For a Naples builder running three or four long jobs at once, that’s the difference between a reorder you handle from the truck and one that eats an afternoon.

Four things, kept per project. None of it is a service you buy — it’s just how the order is filed.
What we don’t do is treat an old copy as the current set. Reprints run off the file you send with the reorder, and that’s deliberate: on a job that reissues for two years, the expensive mistake is a superseded sheet reaching a framer as though it were current. It matters most when the order is shipping or on a clock. Send the sheets you want printed — the record on our side covers everything else.
Naples has a lot of repeat printing: production plans that run again on the next lot, model sets reprinted for a new sales cycle, and estate jobs that reissue a package every time a consultant touches it.
| What you’re reordering | What we already have | What you send |
|---|---|---|
| Same set, more copies | Size, finish, run history | Job name, count, and the current file |
| Same set, new revision | The prior set, for comparison | Revised sheets — replace or add |
| Same plan, different lot | The prior order record | Lot number, sheet changes, and the file |
| Archive copy for the owner | The full run history | The set you want bound — say bound |
Sizing questions still come up on a reissue. The long version is in blueprint paper sizes explained.
Collier is its own permitting authority — different portal, different checklists, and different from anything Charlotte, Sarasota, or Lee County will tell you.
Collier County Building Permits & Construction publishes the current requirements. Check it before your set goes in.
What we do is the paper half. When Collier or a private provider wants a printed set — for the field, for the inspector, for the owner — we print it full-scale and legible at the size the reviewer expects. We print plans. We don’t submit them, stamp them, or approve them.

Season runs November through April
Naples runs on a calendar that most of Southwest Florida only half shares.
Plan reprints ahead of season rather than during it. It costs the same in July as it does in February, and in July you’re not waiting behind everyone else’s rush.
FedEx 2-Day · all 9 Collier County towns
Our job site delivery route stops at the Lee County line, so Naples and the rest of Collier County ship FedEx 2-Day: folded flat for the job box, or rolled in a tube for the office. Or pick the set up at our Port Charlotte print room.
For a standing order, tell us what’s coming and we’ll ship the sheets together rather than one set at a time. Shipping is Florida only.
Precision Blueprint Co. is a division of Creek Engineering, with forty-plus years of Southwest Florida site work behind it.
On a long Naples job that matters in a specific way: we read the set before we run it. A sheet index that doesn’t match the sheets in the file, a page that won’t be legible at the size you asked for, a revision cloud on a sheet you left out of the reissue list — we catch it and call you. On a job that’s going to reprint eight times, an error you fix once is an error you don’t pay for eight times.
Send the current file at pblueprints.com and it goes on record with the order.
Forward it straight from your architect to orders@pblueprints.com.
Ring 941-212-1707 — if we’ve printed the job before, the job name plus the current sheets is enough.
Not sure what size the set is? Send it. The title block answers it in about ten seconds. Precision Blueprint Co. is a division of Creek Engineering — 1720 El Jobean Rd STE 110, Port Charlotte, FL 33948.
Every order stays on record — sheet size, finish, count, and when it last ran — so you never have to remember any of that. For the print itself we ask you to send the sheets you want run now. On a set that’s been revised twice since the last order, that’s the difference between a current field set and an expensive mistake, and it matters most when the order is shipping or on a deadline.
Not by job site delivery. Our delivery route covers Charlotte, Sarasota, DeSoto, and Lee counties. Naples and the rest of Collier County ship FedEx 2-Day, folded flat or rolled in a tube, or you can pick up at our Port Charlotte print room.
We print full-scale permit sets to whatever your reviewing authority requires. Collier runs applications electronically through its own portal and maintains its own submittal checklist — different from Charlotte, Sarasota, and Lee County. Check Collier County’s current requirements and we’ll print to match. We print plans; we don’t submit them or provide engineering approval.
Yes. Give us the job name and we’ll pull the size, the finish, and the packaging off the original order, so you’re not re-specifying any of it. Send the current sheets along with the reorder — a year is long enough that we’d rather print what you have in hand than assume last year’s copy is still the set you want.
Off-season, May through October. Printing costs the same either way, but during season — November through April — everyone in Collier County needs something the same week. Ordering archive sets and standing reorders in the summer keeps you out of that.
Same print room, same Arch D default. The lead time and the packaging change with the drive.
